Please begin your Life Story below. Upon receipt of your order a rough draft will be sent within five business days. The questionnaire contains details you may have not thought of and many you may have. There is extra room for stories you would like incorporated in your story that are not listed. There is no "formula" for telling your life story, every story is unique. Price includes questionnaire evaluation, phone interview, two edits via email or phone call, which ever makes you more comfortable. After final edit you may wish to revise your story and resubmit it to our editors and writers for up to two additional 250 word edits for an additional charge. This allows you to remember additional details after you "finish"- because what life story is ever finished?
